I've worked directly with industrial businesses, vendors, clients, and customers, giving me a strong background in L2/L3 network support, pre-sales (technical), and L1/L2 technical support. I hold a bachelor's degree in business information systems as well as a master's degree in business information systems from the Australian Institute of Higher Education. My work experience, college education, coursework, and research have all greatly improved my understanding of a variety of technological domains, including cybersecurity, web development, machine learning, and AI.
