Ever since I was just a child, I have always been fascinated by computers. Some of my earliest memories even have me sitting in my chair, interacting with Windows Vista on an old, beat up PC. One day, I discovered the world of programming via making mods for games I enjoyed. From that day on, I was hooked on different languages, ranging from C/C++ to Assembly to Python. Having taught myself, I quickly surpassed any class I took involving computers.
My passion for computers led me to start making a name for myself in the professional world. For my first professional contract, I was tasked with rewriting a company's backend APIs from PHP to Python. Having never done programming jobs in the real world, I really enjoyed the task, and hope someday I'll have a career in software engineering.
Since then I have begun putting personal projects of mine on GitHub. I have also started contributing to open source projects, and posting on StackOverflow among other tech forums. I strive for the day where I can stretch my critical thinking and analysis skills in a skillful environment, and I am working steadily towards that goal.
