I am a retired programmer (RPG on IBM AS400). In retirement I taught myself access and developed a comprehensive system for managing several Aikido clubs. I also taught myself HTML and started managing the Aikido clubs web site and this has led naturally into learning PHP. My current project is an online system for instructors to manage members, mark class attendance and track training hours (and make it better than the existing equivalent written in access). Stackoverflow has been my go to learning resource.
