My background is in data warehousing (18 years or so) and more recently in building web-apps with a reporting flavour. I'm also responsible for OurCarClub, a web-based data management application for Car Clubs. It's built using perl, Catalyst, Template Toolkit, Class::DBI and MySQL, with more than a dash of jQuery.
