FIRST IMPRESSION OF SO:

In short: SO is a piece of s***t

Details: Its not a welcoming place. My intention was to contribute to the community but i have found out that here are mostly two kinds of people (I'm speaking about 99%)

  1. People are writing questions to gain points and popularity.
  2. New users (mostly students) asking to solve their school assignments

Now given these facts I would suggest that any person with the intention of helping others should think first, is it worth to waste your precious family time here? These people would make you feel that you know nothing, and would drag you to their level. Anybody from the admin should read it and take some actions.

I think i am not alone: https://stackoverflow.com/users/870604/ken2k

My earlier about me: I am a senior software developer and work mostly on ASP .NET projects. On daily basis, I am full stack developer meaning that i just don't write code, but I am also responsible for speaking with UX/BAs/QAs, making sure that the changes are delivered via the CI/CD pipeline into different environments (internal, stage, production) and fix issues with the deployment if any with the help of our infrastructure engineers.

Our software is hosting in the Amazon cloud platform (AWS) and its available as a service to our users via the web.

I mostly write code for the backend and I am fluent in creating web apps using the latest .net platform. I keep myself updated with latest trends in technologies. I am been using stackoverflow for a long time and i have benefited a lot from it. Its time to pay back as much as i can <3. By the way i am family man and the father of a cute angel and husband of a loving wife.
