I am a limnologist with a strong interest in modelling and data analysis. I am also interested in developing practical solutions that streamline work in my field and in ecology in general. Such solutions include r packages that calculate the indices set out in the framework directive, or community ecology metrics in aquatic environments, which are able to provide more information than traditional indices.
