A student programmer, animator, and comic artist ^^

I don't have enough rep to comment or answer, and I know this post is 7 years old: HTML: Image won't display? But the reason it could be not working is that they are trying to reference images on their harddrive without a server (the issue here: "Cross origin requests are only supported for HTTP." error when loading a local file). If someone could tell them for me that would be nice :)
