I've been dedicated to making broken computers work again since my dad threatened to ground me off of ours if he ever came home to find it broken again. That's when I was 12. Now I'm working for a corporation to write documentation and procedure for how we do IT. I also perform training with our staff to ensure we are current on knowledge and use the most effective methods available for resolving problems and managing our technology.
