I'm a web developer working for a non-profit organization that uses Sitecore as their content management system. I haven't had any formal training with Sitecore, but I'm much more comfortable with it after working with it for a year. My major is Information Management (a MIS type major), and though I've been working with javascript on and off for many years, I still struggle when it comes to writing good code.
