After getting my Master’s degree in Computational Linguistics at San Diego State University (CA), USA, I went back to Spain and I started working as a computational linguist for imaxin|software (Santiago de Compostela, Spain).
Since 2011 I am back in San Diego and work as freelance Computational Linguist.
My main research fields are Machine Translation (both SMT and RBMT) and Machine Learning, specially in the areas of Opinion Mining and BioNLP.
Other fields of especial interest are: Software Localization, Language Planning, Sociolinguistics and Historical Linguistics.
