I am a Software Engineer who builds software that serves. I strongly advocate for software that is educated by the needs of the people, and a forecast of their future needs. With over 3 years of Customer Service experience, I seek to build software that serves its users.

My passion for software grew while working as a Contact Center Agent, and interacted with various systems while trying to serve my customers and clients. I felt that the systems were not serving me half as well as I was serving my internal and external clients. I sought to be the change, hence I resigned and started a journey to learn how to build systems that serve the users.

8 years later, I have spent 5 years (going into 6th) in academics, a year and a half as a Software Developer Intern, then Operations Manager for the same company, and the rest as a Developer Consultant for an EU project in my country under Climate Smart Market-Oriented Agriculture (CSMA).

Building a web platform to move all processes online was eye opening and a learning experience. My highlights were when the processes identified by system analysis, improved and changed manual processes that were hindering progress and found to be redundant. I am currently studying Computer Science with a goal to solve and understand more complex problems.
