I want to help people because I have been helped in the past and no doubt I will need much more help as time goes on - we all do.

Things I like:

1. People who help others without being patronizing, pompous, self-righteous or smugly going ;)
2. People who (like me) can admit they don't know everything and are willing to ask for help

Things I don't like

1. Arrogant people - especially arrogant coders
