Avoid Electron, React, Vue.js and everything related to HTML like the plague. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript were never intended for what we use them today. One day, your OS wont boot because a kernel module is written in JavaScript and a variable was undefined.

As long as there is hope, as long as not every app will use gigabytes of RAM, I will fight, for my sanity, and my (cheap) laptop.
