I code because I must.
At work I may be in either firmware or Android mode. When my employer insists I do things other than programming, I am compelled to code at home.
A few years ago I took over Paul Laughton's RFO BASIC! project. It has satisfied the compulsion, but I wish I could spend more time in code and less in administration.
When I'm not coding I'm probably singing. The rest of the time I read SF.
If I could live a parallel lifetime I would spend it hiking the Rockies.
