I'm a professianal C# developer born in 1978 and also leading a small team of two other developers.

My first steps in programming I took at the age of 11 with GW-BASIC. Soon I've switched over to TurboPascal and coded small games and demos. Always curious about all kind of languages I came across many of them and learned mostly self-taught : Visual Basic, Delphi, Turbo C++, ...

After school I began studying informatics at the Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien) but not very successful and after two terms I quit and started to work full time.

At my job I came in touch with the Borland C++Builder IDE and VCL and accomplished many projects. In 2011 our developer team decided to switch over to C# and WPF.

I love the idea of sharing code, questions and answers with a community and I'm very happy about Microsoft opening their frameworks with the .NET foundation.
