- Planning a sound foundation for a project to have a good start and sets the stage for resolving the inevitable problems that will be encountered during the execution phase of the project.
- Understand requirements, expectations and analyse business to define the project objective that has been hashed over by project sponsors and key stakeholders and propose the correct solution for their needs.
- Document the project parameters including the project objective, estimation/costing resources and timeline for completion, statement of work, budget, deliverable, communication plan and ongoing status updates.
- Organise Resources in every phase of Project Development Life Cycle. Identify skill set of team members and align skill set with project’s need. Provide proper guidance to the team members to perform well in a timely manner.
- Monitor and Control the execution of the project in reference to defined timeline for completion. Manage daily workflow of the team members and check the overall progress of the project.
- Identify the potential risks and prepare mitigation plans. Facilitates resolution of issues arises during the execution of the project.
- Check the overall quality of deliverable of the project with respect to initial planning. Time-to-time communicates with client, sponsors or stakeholders and provides a status of work and overall progress of the project.
- Communicate with potential leads to define a scope of work and project requirements. Manage team & resources. Arrange training sessions for development team on new technology or concept.
- Identify and allow change request in initial scope of work and measure the impact on overall project costing. Prepare change request plan to control over budgeting.
- Plan resource in project execution and check performance and stability. Actively participate in the recruitment process to have team members with proper technical and soft skills. Provide proper guidance to allow new team members to work efficiently and productively.
