I hate the overuse of smart pointers and the mob mentality of undefined behavior.

A simple philosophy I have is thus: If you ask a question, I will try and provide an answer to the question being asked.

That is to say, I won't ask you "WHY would you want to do something like that". I will give my insight on how I would try and go about doing whatever it is you are trying to do. I won't solve the whole program for you (that is, extra debugging and checking). That's what learning is about.
