I am an Associate Professor of the Computing and Numerical Analysis Department of the University of Córdoba, Spain.

I have been teaching Intelligent Systems since 2006 and researching on metaheuristics for real and combinatorial optimization, and on some rule-based machine learning problems.

I have a soft spot for mental challenges, I enjoy programming a lot, and I try hardly to involve and enthuse students.
