I'm a Program Development Manager at a small tech company in the midwest. I have worked closely with our customer base to get feedback on our products and have slowly started to migrate toward the programming part of things to better facilitate changes.

I have a low to mid-level of understanding of PHP, MySQL, jQuery and XHTML/CSS. I'm realize that I don't know everything and am very receptive to constructive criticism/feedback.
