I've been involved in computers from mainframes to minis to pc's for about forty-five years. Started programming in Fortran (which I remember about as much as my classical studies in Ancient Greek and Latin), and went on to Cobol, C, C++, Pascal, Java, and many of the varieties of sub and web languages, as well as databases like Sybase, Oracle, Interbase. But getting into tablets via Android has been the biggest pain in my long career. In the last couple of years, I have been more into php, javascript (add jquery), and mySQL. Not too much into Android lately since I finished my Spanish dictionary app.
