As a hands-on leader, I excel at developing effective teams, processes, and solutions. During my career, I have successfully delivered innovative, secure, reliable, and cost-effective technology and regulatory compliance solutions to dozens of biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

While I have extensive experience working with well-established biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies (Amgen, Biogen, BMS, Genentech, Gilead Sciences, J&J, Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, Roche), for the last 12 years I have been helping startup companies put into place the infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and data governance practices needed to successfully advance while optimizing their resources (staff, time, and funding).

In addition to my extensive experience with technology, I am an internationally recognized expert on the regulations that govern data privacy, security, and integrity in the life sciences industry (GDPR, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11). I have undergraduate and graduate degrees in applied mathematics.
