I'm currently a software engineer/architect with Lynker. I have worked extensively on scientific modeling workflows and computational engines, including the National Water Model. I currently lead efforts in building NOAA's Next Generation Water Resources Modeling Framework, including workflow tools and HPC software that utilize technologies ranging from docker/swarm to MPI and many things in between.
