• Search Engines and Search Engine Optimization. I founded the Bing Webmaster Tools team, and the community outreach program. I spent 3 years as the search technical evangelist for Bing, educating organizations on the impact of search on web development and marketing.
• Systems Architecture. I spent 4 years working on Windows reference architectures for web applications and corporate data centers, covering systems management, security, and interop.
