I started out working in web development, utilising CMS's like WordPress to provide simple business solutions, and then expanded to in-depth, customised, cross-platform applications development. This moved me in a great direction to truly understand the finer points of software engineering and how best to tackle any issue.

The big move to working with teams and helping them be the best they can be was a great milestone to help give me a sense of real satisfaction, and helped me bring people up to a level that I had to grind for for so long with little guidance outside of my own.
