I am just starting to learn how to program android apps. I have created 3 apps so far.

The first app is used at the Ballatat CFA volunteer fire station. I am a member of the brigade there. We had a need to know who was turning out for each call.

I have created an app that receives SMS messages from members and displays a green square next to their name. See: http://www.rupert.id.au/flashsms/index.php

This created the need for a 2nd app to quickly send a pre-programmed SMS message see FLash SMS: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=au.id.rupert.FlashSMS001 which became my first published commercial app.
