I have a diverse set of interests ranging from game playing to beekeeping.

Once rated as a class B Chess player. I later played Go, reaching a rank of 4-dan. Wrote a recursive maze algorithm once (in hexadecimal for a micro-system) that would determine if a group of stones was captured.

Love the rivers in the Sierra mountains, where I'll sometimes pan for gold (just for fun).
