I am an IT project manager, but I used to be a software developer. My favourite languages are (in order of preference):

1. Java
2. Visual Basic
3. JavaScript (granted, not a real "language")
4. FORTRAN 77
5. C++
6. Python
7. ProDOS (for nostalgia value)

I also enjoy writing HTML/CSS on rare occasions.
