My name is Marja. At the time of writing, I am 22 years old and live in the Netherlands.
As a high school student, I was mainly interested in mathematics. However, I also took computer science as a plus subject (voluntary) and I really loved it.
After graduating high school, I studied Econometrics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. There, I became even more proficient in mathematics and programming. The programming courses that I took, all focussed on Java, which I am fluent in now. However, I can also code in Python, R, Matlab and some other languages.
After graduating and obtaining both a BSc and MSc title, I now teach mathematics at a high school in Veenendaal and work as a data scientist, both part time.
