I am a Director of Application Development and have been programming since 1997. Although I am technically a manager, I subscribe to "ABC": Always be coding! My goal is to add value to the organizations I work for and to strive to make the lives of my users easier and more efficient through targeted automation.

I believe software developers and engineers are in the service industry and should code and build as if someone else's life (work life / professional life) depends on the quality and accessibility of their systems.
