Conducting research in TB linkage to care evalutation, observational studies on drug eficacy and side-effects using programmatic data analysis and COVID-19 mortality.

Would like to: -automate program data for situational reports -improve surveillance by automated outbreak analysis/interpretation, -geospatial mapping of infectious disease,
-large data linkage studies such for instance linking routinely collected Hba1c scores to demographic survey data. -Move workflow to R environment (from report writing to research)
