We're not allowed to ask stupid questions in today's developer society, not if we are a senior engineer. We won't get hired if employers look on S/O and see stupid (i.e., beginner) questions.

But sometimes we have newbie questions. Some days we're relatively dumb. Or we can be dumb temporarily in a new area.

By "stupid" I mean, indicative of a level of experience far below what we actually have. I don't mean poor quality questions.
