Over 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, including full stack development, product life cycle, business development strategies and operations of a small sized company. My day to days activities are:

• Design solution architecture, coding mechanism and databases.
• I am responsible for the requirement analysis, SRS document, task breakdown, development plan, application release and go live, code documentation and technology transferred where demanded.
• Lead and responsible for day to day activities of back-end and front-end developers.
• Code review, KPIs which are checked in code review are naming style, code re-usability, Complexity and Comments, so it will help new comers to understand code faster.
• Used Microsoft technology stack for developing cloud based applications such as: ASP.Net Core, ASP.Net, Rest APIs, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML5 and CSS.
• Used databases: MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Deployment of applications on Virtual private Servers.
• Define a learning path for team member’s accordance to product vision which helps both product and growth of team.
• Market research to identify current and future need of customers. Research about new software development practices.
