I'm founder and core developer of a couple of open source projects including the open source distributed strictly-consistent Java cache Cacheonix and CI/CD system ParabuildCI. I'm also running a podcast Effective Engineering Manager with my partner where we are focusing on building a new generation of engineering managers practicing the servant manager philosophy.

I enjoy working in software development disciplines ranging from distributed caching to in-memory data grids, grid computing, Java, J2EE, software build and release management and Continuous Integration.
