I own 2 companies that are extensions of my software development work.

The first, Visual Data Solutions, Inc. (VDS) is a software development consulting firm. We do cool projects for our clients. Some are maintenance projects some are apps we've built from scratch. Through VDS I've done work for over 40 different business categories. I've used lots of technologies to build or maintain those apps. Most of my work uses the Microsoft stack of development technologies.

The second company, ALP1, Inc. builds apps and other software supported projects for sale. Our most notable released was TeamPad, http://teampad.mobi. A line of sports applications per team. We released those on Android in 2011. We are no longer working on them but might still do something in that arena.
