I love building stuff. These days, I prefer to build websites on top of Umbraco if a CMS is called for - but Sitecore also kicks ass if you're in need of such a powerful beast.

I started PC-PDX : Portland Show-Guide in 2007 as central gathering spot for anybody involved with or interested in the awesome music scene here in Portland, OR. It's a community-driven wiki-style site with an active user base that regularly contributes and updates info. Heck, the local weekly awarded PC-PDX over its own calendar as the best place to find event info.

The front-end and style is a bit aged and not a showcase for my skills in 2018, but i'm still damn proud of its accomplishments and it is still relevant with an active usership 10+years on.

It's completely home-spun ASP.NET on top of a SQL database and a few dozen Sprocs - and that's it.
