I'm Jay Evans - a senior full-stack developer from Charlotte, North Carolina.

I've been passionate about software engineering since I was young, and I'm still going strong! Since graduating from the University of North Carolina in 2015, I've worked with several startups and legacy companies across the US, UK, and Australia.

My primary focus has been on frontend development, specifically building SPAs using React, Vue.js, Next.js, and Angular. I'm proficient in using React UI frameworks such as Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, React Bootstrap, and Argon. On the backend, I use Django, Laravel, Node.js, Golang, and other technologies. I also have experience with DB management and have written scripts with MongoDB, MySQL, MS Access, and more.

Over the past two years, I've shifted my focus to blockchain and NFTs. I've recently completed several Defi applications and NFT sites, using Solidity, Rust, Web3, Ether.js, Merkle Tree, Opensea API, Metaplex, Candy Machine, IPFS, Hashlips, and other related technologies.

I have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, improving development quality, and team collaboration. Plus, I'm no stranger to remote work and am flexible with my working hours to accommodate any time zone.
