• 7years’ of experience in Software testing of Web, SAAS, VAS & Mobile applications.

• Good Knowledge in overall STLC , E-commerce, VAS ,CRM, Telecom E2E Features and Billing system

• Expertise in Functional, Solution Integration, Regression, System, GUI, Sanity, Security, Device Testing and Non Functional like Reporting, Accessibility, Read lines, Emulators.

• Experience with testing Web Services (REST, SOAP APIs) and back-end services

• Work Experience in Agile environment, Waterfall, OSS/BSS orchestration.

• Good Knowledge in the areas like Rating, Billing & CRM applications.

• Ability to probe into the underlying source of defects using debugger / inspecting log files.

• Well versed in Defect Tracking and Bug Reporting. Tools used : HP ALM 11, Requeste , JIRA 7.3.4,Bug Zilla

• Hands-on in SQL, UNIX and knowledge of Automation [Robot Framework], Performance Testing [Jmeter] and Security Testing [OWASP ZAP].

• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a drive and commitment to delivery.

• Demonstrated experience with exploratory testing, not just working to test plans.
