Start with determining your objectives. What do you want to achieve and when. Next, analyze the current state and evaluate the objectives. Are they achievable? Accept the objectives. Plan the work and timeline. Start working with passion and try to think outside the box and be creative. Important things to be kept in my mind, budget and documenting the works done.
