Network theory is my current interest. There's too much information in the way a few nodes are linked together to neglect it. Fascinated with machine learning and genetic algorithms as well. Avid gamer and interested in connecting intense work with education and immersion through games.
I'm most familiar with c++, though I can muddle through .NET, D, bash, some others. It took me too long to realize that programming and structure are interesting enough to work with any subject matter (but science still gets those neurons firing).
My hobby of choice is gaming, tabletop, rpg, action, but mostly Minecraft. No doubt in my mind it's the greatest game made in at least a decade.
