I have been involved with IT since 1997 working his way through the ranks of different technologies as well as different industries. Starting as a mainframe programmer in 1997, I was introduced to the world of ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems. Moving on, I then worked with one of the largest chemical conglomerates for many years as a collaboration, workflow and messaging programmer. I have provided consulting services to PriceWaterhouse-Coopers (PwC) in the capacity of a web designer and leader for a collaborative intranet, engaging in promotional and internal marketing for internal firm resources. Since that time, most of my experience has been in the capacity of a hands-on project manager and/or team leader working with teams of up to 25 programmers, developers and engineers both on-shore and off-shore.
