We believe that we are unique even into a 6 billion people world. May its sound like faith only but can we find the real reason like family, career, altruism, what really make us so special?

Beginning with me. If your are reading this expecting a regular resume forget it I'll begin a little curriculum revolution here. So I'm a kind of professional whats works moved by passion if exists something new to learn, to do and new possibilities to change the old fashion ways.

I really don't have the hability to rebuilt things that are working fine since humanity walk on earth. Like someone trying to push me into a new fantastic amazing kind of raw water, please, its just to make money over something basic.

Its not a cliche, I need money too but I believe people can change the world with they jobs making the right choices and doing better for herselfs and society. Business are not a sinon of "making money" are a way to change the world to a better place.

Maybe I'm a dreamer. Yes I'm.

So this text are made using the new agile super methodology something so new that still waiting for someone invent that - irony - It's me and I don't like to follow patterns like everybody because everybody will do the same think with the same results. Why not do different? Metrics and methodologies are good but the recipe is innovation creativity and less is more (I guess you heard this sometime).

Finally I reflect my last 25 years of IT experience between half "millennial" and half as someone from "X generation", building a bridge from "innovation" to "experience" - thats makes my job experience fundamental for helping people find the right direction creating new ideas and opportunities.
