A mechatronics engineer with a M.Sc. in robotics, systems and control and a software engineer for a father certainly receives a lot of pressure, from himself more than from anyone else, when it comes to posting meaningful content on the internet. Considering that programming began for me as more of an intellectual exercise at 16 than a professional aspiration, and also that I turned out to be an engineer with a lot more emphasis in hardware and control theory than in computer science, the pressure alone unfortunately doesn't keep me from asking less-than-very-intelligent questions every now and then =) For which I apologize in advance.

I also like to play jazz and go SCUBA diving when I'm not pulling my hair out with my research.
