My extensive background includes serving the needs of a diverse range of organizations, from startups to Fortune 100 companies. I specialize in modernization efforts that enable clients to launch products using cutting-edge technologies and process improvements to make operations more efficient.

Moreover, my interest in the connections between psychology and our use of technology has sparked a deep fascination with user experience (UX). Currently, I serve as a Software Engineering Manager at Northwestern Mutual, where I split my time between front-end architecture and development and coaching and mentoring software engineers in both hard and soft skills. My tech stack includes a wide range of tools, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and HTML5/CSS3/SASS on the front-end, and Node.js/Express and Python on the back-end. Additionally, I possess experience with databases in MySQL, SQLite, and GraphQL, and have worked extensively in the Cloud, leveraging serverless and Linux server-based architecture using platforms like Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services.

Apart from my day job, I hold adjunct instructor privileges at multiple universities across the United States, where I teach a range of courses, from Introductory Programming to the final Capstone course.
