I have been involved in the programming industry for 30 years and have been involved with industries from high speed digital printing, environmental modelling, cost estimation, payroll systems, and financial applications. I have worked on a wide variety of platforms and languages from mixed C and Fortran, IBM 370 assembler, Cold Fusion, PHP, C#, VB.Net and various SQL dialects.

I wrote my first computer program on a Radio Shack TRS-80 Model 1 computer with 4K of memory. These days I prefer to work in C#.
