I'm a Software Developer at Vacasa, the America’s largest vacation rental company. In this role I've been working in the team responsible for the integration of the Vacasa properties (units) with other property managers such as Airbnb, Booking or TripAdvisor. The biggest challenge to date has been to create a fast, solid and flexible architecture to synchronize the thousands of Vacasa units with these systems.

Before joining Vacasa, I worked remotely as a software developer with two other American companies, ConsolFreight (logistics platform for cargo consolidation) and Xmovo (fitness social network).

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at University of Havana but my interest in the software development started some years ago when I was a teenager. I started to program as a hobby but I am happy to say that I chose a profession that I really love.
