A PhD student at Simon Fraser University in Canada working in Computer Vision under the supervision of Prof. Greg Mori. We are working on Human Activity Recognition problems (e.g. sports analysis). Generally, I am interested in other several problems such as Object Detection and Recognition, Semantic Image Segmentation and Image Retrieval. At broad scope, I am Interested in all aspects of Computer Vision and Machine Learning.
My Experience is 3 folds:
Computer Vision Research Experience: 6 years of experience in Computer Vision/Machine Learning. I worked in problems such as Image Classification, Object Detection, Semantic Image Segmentation Tracking and Human Activity Recognition. Part of this experience is working in Industry.
Software Engineering experience: 5 years of experience in Software Development: 2 years in JavaEE/Banking and 3 years in C++/Storage Management applications.
Had been competing in programming competitions 2005-2011 (ranked 3rd/2nd/2nd in regional ACMC ICPC and World Finalist in 2011). After that, played roles such as contestant, coach, problem setter, judge and chief judge. In my YouTube channel, I described hundred of videos for algorithms and data structures.
