I have witnessed from past experiences in hyper-growth startups that managing software at scale is a target few manage to hit.

I believe that we are locked in by a plethora of tools at our disposal (our best practices, our programming languages, our agile ceremonies, etc...), which constrains our reasoning and prevents us from reaching cost-efficient quality software at scale to meet our users' needs.

This is why I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey to tackle this vast and contradictory topic this year. I am currently in the discovery phase. If you want to share your experiences and thoughts with me on the subject, I will be more than happy to discuss it with you.
