Michele Ferracin is a software engineer working as a Developer PFE @ Microsoft.

He studied software engineering at the University of Padua and proceeded to work in a fast growing startup (MadLab) where there was the need to build a dev team. With his passion about software technologies and management he built the foundation of the development department.

He cares about creating a great place to work and he applies the DevOps principles and best practices to create a culture of continuous improvement for teams to achieve more for their customers.

You can find Michele with is wife and two children in the city of Este, Italy; he'll be probably driving through the bends of Colli Euganei fueling his passion for motorsports.
