Grown up in Istanbul and lived in London and now in Berlin. Believing in diversity and different thoughts are crucial for building great businesses and for the great teams.

Have been building products over 15 years. During my career i have always cared about people more than anything else. People i have worked with and also the people who are using the products we are building.

Worked for small startups, bootstrapped projects from scratch but also big corporate successful businesses. Some examples in Germany, HelloFresh and Rocket Internet. Then back in Istanbul eBay, TicketMaster and many others. Creating company culture and catching the growth with the people you started the journey together is a great satisfaction for me. Growing as a team as a company and seeing people are satisfied with using your products is always the goal for the teams i have worked with.

Empowering juniors and adapting them to the team and having the same culture is goal for every senior in my team also at first mine. Mentoring newbies and making sure everybody is not only following best practises but also shaping them for good is one of my most important duties.

Changing the world for good and thinking the environment, equality knowing the responsibility for the society is something i have never compromised. These are essentials for my projects.
