.NET C# developer primarily, but I'll use whatever gets the job done. The more complex the problem the more interesting it is to me and I enjoy automating processes and creating tools.

My primary motivation is to help others, my secondary is to take problems apart to devise a overall solution that keeps the targeted client in mind. I set higher and higher expectations of myself but I am very understanding of others, I prefer to take the time to teach and improve the team overall than to horde knowledge for a limited "edge".

Travelling and learning more about people and different cultures is my "thing" and absorbing information is what I do for entertainment. I'll go where the work is and I'm always up for working someplace I've never been before.
